Based in Wallington, Surrey, I help clients create lasting change through hypnotherapy. Drawing on a background in customer service, advertising sales, and administration, I bring strong communication skills and an understanding, supportive approach.

I work with issues such as quitting smoking, sleep difficulties, stress and anxiety, with a special focus on alcohol reduction. I'm experienced in helping clients cut down their drinking and develop healthier habits. I also run a weight management programme that uses hypnosis to support effective weight loss.

Every new client begins with a thorough consultation to clarify goals and identify underlying concerns.
