Hi, I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Wallington, Surrey.
I have a wealth of experience working with people, including working in Children's Services for a local authority.
I'm also trained in the Ericksonian hypnotherapy method. I am an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, Manifestation Coach, and a Life Coach. I combine EFT and Life Coaching with hypnotherapy.
I provide treatments for several conditions and problems, including alcohol moderation, weight loss, stress, anxiety, phobias, depression, building confidence, quitting smoking, sports performance, and addictions.
Much of my hypnosis work is carried out remotely throughout the UK using Zoom, MS Teams, and WhatsApp. However, face-to-face sessions are also an option.
All new clients will begin with a full consultation, which will help me and the client understand the issues, unwanted habits, and underlying problems.
